MGI was founded, formally, in 1996. We were operating on a per diem basis from 1974 up to 1996. Most of us were born into this industry; our ancestral family members were successful bakers and technicians. We have experience in corporate management, operations, sales, procurement, distribution, production, engineering and innovative product development. We are familiar with all aspects of the baking industry, both in the bakeries and in supplying the bakers with ingredients, mixes, concentrates, bases and knowledge in how to operate efficiently and profitably. We feel the competitive battle is won by those who dare to be innovative and leaders in new areas.
