Description
Founded in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1964 by Millard and Laurence Neff, father and son, L&M Pattern is an established industrial pattern manufacturer. Millard Neff acquired his pattern skills at the Williamson Trade School in Pennsylvania. Laurence Neff started pattern construction while on duty in the navy during the Korean War. Millard is now retired, but the family tradition has been passed on to a third generation in Scott Neff. Scott has been with the company since 1977 and has apprenticed at L&M under his father and grandfather. Growing from a small two-man operation in 1964, L&M utilizes 11,000 square feet of production space and 3,000 square feet of warehouse space along with 12 production employees, seven of which are journeyman pattern makers.
L&M Pattern is committed to staying on the cutting edge of our trade with continuous training of our skilled craftsmen and updattsmen and updating of our computer/machine technology. Our sales engineer is a private pilot and can respond to on-site problems quickly with solutions to any casting problems.
