- Lifestyle Nutrients™ was created by Barbara Mendez R.Ph with the intention of educating clients on the progressive benefits of health and nutrition. It was while working in various holistic pharmacies that Barbara began to notice that many of her clients had little understanding of their illnesses, bodies and medication. In addition, many of them took supplements randomly in the hopes of benefiting from the promised miracles touted by the manufacturer. What she saw was people on a variety of medications, spending hundreds of dollars on supplements that they didn’t need, nor were benefiting from, all the while partaking of the modern American diet, growing sicker and more toxic despite everything they were doing.
