- The Spirits of Coachella, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, was formed in November 2001. The purpose of the business is to produce Lemoncella, a lemon-based liqueur made famous in Italy. The product originated in Italy as home-made recipes centuries ago in the lemon rich growing areas around the Bay of Naples, the Amalfi Coast and on the Islands of Capri and Sicily. Since it's commercialization there in recent years, it has quickly developed to be the second most popular liqueur in all of Italy.
