Lakeview Farms Inc. is a family owned and operated licensed Pheasant hunting and fishing preserve located just 20 minutes North of Roseville, CA. Lakeview Farms maintains nearly 1,600 acres of exceptional habitat on four separate hunting preserves. Situated just minutes from the Lincoln airport, Lakeview offers habitat as diverse as it is challenging.
In keeping with our commitment to preserve open space and enhance our wildlife habitat, the Coon Creek Preserve has become home to some of the best wing-shooting habitat Northern California has to offer.
In partnership with the Wildlife Conservation Board, Natural Resources Conservation Services, the California Waterfowl Association and the California Department of Fish & Game, Lakeview Farms recently completed a two-year, 500-acre habitat restoration project on the Coon Creek Preserve. Following a plan created by biologists from both the private and public sectors, the project restored the riparian habitat along the Coon Creek Corridor, and recreated the historical wetland and upland habitats that had been lost to years of overgrazing and aggressive farming techniques.
