- Our treatment base is to recognize the unity that is the human person and honor it in our efforts to bring about changes in behavior, feelings and attitudes. Unresolved emotional distress, for example, has accompanying repercussions in both attitudes and behavior. Similarly, gains in one area permit change to take place in another.
