KARLACTI, Inc. is a Middle Eastern food specialty cheese company. KARLACTI specialty cheeses are mainly white cheeses, semi soft cheeses and fresh farmers cheese.
KARLACTI all natural, artisan, traditional handmade Mediterranean cheeses are Ackawi cheese, Grilling cheese, Nabulsi cheese and Syrian cheese in addition to Armenian braided string cheese in five varieties: angel hair, plain, with nigella aka black caraway seeds, smoked, marinated with olive oil and herbs and marinated with hot peper.
