- Mike and I were both in the United States Air Force and served in the romantic country of.....ITALY! Mike and I got married in Hawaii on the island of Molokai in 1991. Kale was our ring bearer and Cody was on the way! We lived in Italy for about 5 years. We left Italy and at the same time I separated from the military. We were transferred to South Dakota. We stayed there for a year and a half then we were transferred to North Dakota. We shoveled snow like crazy and slid on ice...somehow I even managed to slide under our SUV. Hmmmm.... It's a good thing there isn't a East or West Dakota because we'd probably be there too! Not! Anyways shortly after, Kiana Catherine was born. After a year and a half in North Dakota, we transferred to Sacramento, California. Rolda came to visit Sione (her husband) and Rolland came to try out the mainland. Hani also came to see what the mainland was like. She loved it so she decided to stay. It was perfect! We had a blast! Yes, after a year and half in California, we transferred to TOKYO, JAPAN. We've been here for more than 7 years. We're still here.....Nope...NO GODZILLA! Darn!
