Jewelry Recycling Centers of America (aka JRC), founded by a former gold mining professional, is dedicated to providing earth friendly alternatives to environmentally unfriendly mining activities.
JRC purchases unwanted jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals in both the "Brick and Mortar" (physical locations) environment and by way of Internet transactions. Some of the purchased merchandise is recycled by refining. Refined gold and other precious metals are sold for the purpose of creating new "green" jewelry. Some items are refurbished (if necessary) and resold via wholesale and retail channels. Client's (sellers) are paid for the goods sold to JRC.
JRC's registry of options, for renewal and recycling, mitigates environmental impacts associated with materials acquisition and jewelry manufacturing through eco-friendly distribution channels. Vendors are systematically selected and carefully vetted prior to achieving acceptance as approved JRC vendors.
