- Here lies my 2-megabyte homestead. Well it's actually just over a megabyte, even with all my writings, but that's beside the point. When I originally wrote this about page, we referred to the Internet as the Information Super Highway. Now the Internet is mistakenly referred to as the web, even though the many aspects of the Internet such as email, ftp, gopher, telnet/ssh are still very vibrant aspects of the Internet besides the world wide web. Ok, so gopher is dead... one can hope, can't they?
