While the members are employers, ISME represents them in the totality of their business relationships. The Association's strength rests in the combined experience of its members and it seeks to harness that resource for the betterment of all members.
Training and Management Development programmes are staged throughout the year on such topics as credit control, cost reduction, employee assessment and strategic planning.
Member participation is encouraged, with opportunities for companies to meet and discuss business and other related issues. This facility is provided by regional business briefing sessions that bring members up to date on issues pertaining to the profitability of their businesses.
