ABOUT US

Infrared USA is a division of Total Temperature Instrumentation, Inc. — better known as "TTI Instruments". TTI Instruments was established in 1988 as the exclusive North American distributor for Fuji Electric Systems. Initially, the company primarily sold and supported industrial temperature sensors, controllers, and recorders. In the following years, the company's offerings expanded to include Calibration Equipment & Services, Ultrasonic Flowmeters, and Infrared Temperature Measurement. In 2002, TTI Instruments established the Infrared USA division to better serve our Infrared Temperature Measurement customers. Infrared USA operates out of the same offices as TTI Instruments and is supported by the same dedicated staff.

TTI Instruments and Infrared USA are located just outside of Burlington, Vermont — between Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains. Our friendly, hardworking staff includes experienced applications engineers — whose primary function is to provide free, first-class technical support from before the sale through the useable life of the product.
