The Kashmir Carpet industry was industrialised in the early 19th century and the company who did it was none other than Indo Kashmir Carpet Factory. At its peak we have a work force of more than 24,000 skilled weavers and 6,000 active looms.
A business is only as good as the people who work for it. This being a family business, it has been passed over from one generation to another.
