Kriya Yoga Ashram that specializes in Transformation of the Mind through use of the physical Body and a connection to the Spirit. Creating Health and total wellness using Meditation and Yoga Asana either in group classes or Personal Training. We use Astrology to map the course and the Labyrinth to train the mind. We teach Yama for control. We teach Niyama for purification in action. We use Asana to create Posture and alignment. We use Pranayama to control how we think and shape our reality. We use Pratyahara to separate the mind from the physical body and train it to face spirit. We use Dharana to block out unrelated matter and focus on the task at hand. We use Dhyana to open the mind. We use Samadhi to see the whole picture
