is the Vice President of Housing Solutions Plus of The Upper Valley, LLC. Lynne is a licensed real estate Broker in both New Hampshire and Vermont having 20 years experience in real estate.
In 1986, Lynne entered the real estate field and in 1991 became one of the first REALTORS in New Hampshire to represent buyers exclusively. Lynne is owner of Housing Solutions Real Estate, LLC a real estate business dedicated to homebuyers. She is Past President of the NH Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents, Past President of the Upper Valley Board of Realtors and has served as Secretary of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. Lynne was awarded “Realtor of the Year” in 1999 and the “President’s Award” in 2000 from her local Board of Realtors.
Lynne lives in a converted barn home located in Lebanon, New Hampshire with her husband of 20 years and their 3 children. She is a retired registered nurse and private pilot. As a charter member of the Kiwanis Club of the Upper Valley-Lebanon, she serves as that clubs 2001 President. Lynne is a member of the Norwich Congregational Church, UCC located in Norwich, Vermont where she has served on the Board of Christian Education, Church Council, Board of Trustees and Board of Deacons.
