- We are Andrea and Ron, the homeschooling parents who run this site. We’ve been homeschooling since early 1994 and have four children. Ron is a computer programmer by profession who grew up on a homestead farm. Andrea grew up in the city in a nuclear family. We have both run our own businesses, built a house together, and debugged many a website. We’re on the crunchy side of mainstream. Ron wrote an excellent introduction here.
