We have developed a unique system of working with Estate Agents, Solicitors and Home Inspectors, which will ensure that not only will a HIP be produced quickly but that the HIP will be comprehensive and will deliver the government's objectives of speed, transparency and certainty.
It is estimated that it will take over 30 minutes, on average, to print each HIP, using a standard laser printer.
