- This group was tired of playing in leagues where a few good Golfers would mandate play based on the Professional Golf Association (PGA). In most instances this would result in lost tempers and an unmemorable round of Golf. I decided to document the way we played the game and establish our own Rules Book. There are over 40 million terms and conditions that form the guidelines described within the game of golf; it is not the intent of this Association to cover them all or even a small part of them. It is however the intent of our organization to provide a framework for an enjoyable and fair interpretation of play for the game of golf.
