Description
D&D Grondin Builders was established in 2000. It is a partnership between two brothers, Dave & Dean Grondin. Our mission is to provide quality homes at reasonable prices, which is the key, as many builders will cut corners to increase their profit margin. D&D Grondin refuses to do this, therefore, our homes are of superior quality and continually appraise for a higher value than the selling price. We are fortunate in that we have the last available lots in the Blue Hills Subdivision in Rochester, an executive neighborhood of custom homes.
Our newest venture is in modular homes and we are in the process of subdividing two parcels in Lebanon, Maine. After extensive research, D&D Grondin selected modulars from Oxford Homes, as their product was superior and allows us to offer entry level homes at reasonable prices. Dave has 15+ years experience in the building field. Prior to starting D&D Grondin Builders, he had worked for other local contractors and continues to build quality custom homes and condominiums for reputable developers in Massachusetts, as well as several custom homes in the Rochester area.
