Throughout the past two years I have been plagued with furniture repairs having been attempted with Gorilla Glue. The adhesion may be unforgiving but the strength of the glue is that of expanding foam. The classic joinery technique of bonding the wood fibers with a good glue are then only possible after removing more Gorilla bearing surface than is preferred.
