- I began making hairbows for my first daughter over three years ago. She always has a bow in her hair and I have enjoyed making them to match all of her outfits. I mostly made bows for myself and friends and sold a few here and there. When my second daughter was born I brought a hairbow into the delivery room anticipating another baby with a full head of hair. She had a bow in her hair shortly after her first bath and all the nurses were asking me to supply my bitty bows to the hospital. A business idea as well as my second daughter was born that day!
