Anxiety— may culminate in self-esteem attacks (often inaccurately referred to as panic attacks) due to: feeling inadequate, insecure, and inferior to others, feeling incompetent, feeling insignificant, feeling unlovable, feeling unworthy; worries, doesn’t know what is expected; doesn’t know who and when to trust; is emotionally needy.
Self-Esteem Attacks— Often mistakenly called panic attacks, Self-Esteem Attacks often lead to depression and feelings of devastation. Common to some degree to all who suffer from LSE, Self-Esteem attacks occur when a person perceives she has done or said something insensitive, inappropriate, stupid, or ridiculous.
Fear— fear of: rejection, failure, criticism, making a mistake, making a fool of himself/herself, abandonment, intimacy, taking risks, losing what he/she has, fears more humiliation and devastation.
