I joined K.M. Minemier & Associates, LLC as a licensed sales associate. I was born and raised in New Hampshire and have lived here all my life. I received my Bachelors degree from the University of NH in Computer Science. While being employed at Digital Equipment Corp. I obtained my Masters Degree in Computer Science and went on to pursue my PhD in Computer Science at MIT. After obtaining the necessary experience in business I start my own consulting business for network security and database integrity for International Banks and International Governments. After 15+ very successful years I have decided that a career change was long over due.
I have been a real estate investor since I purchased my first property in 1979. I have owned several pieces of property in many different states and found real estate to be not only challenging but also quite unique. Meeting new people every day is not new to me and I enjoy the interaction with new people and being able to assist them in reaching their goals.
I have also been a professor at numerous colleges throughout NH for 15 years. This experience provided me with the ability to communicate with a large range of people. I find my best attribute when it comes to business is in helping others fulfill their needs and dreams. I have found that the pleasure in helping others is much more rewarding than the paycheck attached to it.
