It helps, of course, that we provide extensive and ongoing training, which keeps our staff informed about all the latest industry-related and relevant legislations.
To provide our customers with extra peace of mind, our staff are all accredited and fully insured by at least one creditor.
But what really sets us apart is that we’re genuinely passionate about EPC’s and HIP’s. We’re not a big 'corporate' with formal procedures and faceless, purely sales-driven staff - we’re a young and enthusiastic company that wants to impress and make its mark. Ultimately we’re out to build long-term relationships.
Fast Track EPC phone lines are open 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Whilst our DEA's are available from 8.30am to 8pm Monday to Saturday.
