Faraday Plastics has migrated into the DTI Knowledge Transfer Network for Materials. The Materials KTN includes the Faraday partnerships of Advance, Packaging, Powdermatrix, Technical Textiles, as well as Plastics, together with Smart Materials Surfaces and Structures Network, the National Composites Network and the National Materials Technology Centre.
The Faraday Packaging Partnership supports companies looking to enhance packaging in the food and drink, personal care, household, healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. We provide insight and R&D effort focused on:
PowdermatriX is a network in particulate engineering, focused initially on the advanced ceramic, powder metal, hard metal and magnetics industries. It links industry, intermediate organisations and universities to identify and provide support to meet industry's needs for technology, research and training.
