Who would have thought that the new millennium would bring so many changes. We all made it to the year 2000, but it wasn’t long before the tragedy of September 11 struck. The world would never be the same. Nor would we. The world economy took an enormous hit. Huge corporations tanked. Businesses disappeared. People lost their jobs, their homes. But we are slowly recovering. We always do. Humans have an indomitable spirit. As a species we’re pretty resilient, if at times self-destructive.
