Being the son of a successful home building family, Derk was on site from a young age. His strong work ethic and unquestionable loyalty and dedication to his clients are reasons E&M Properties referrals from past customers are a large percentage of their business. Derks responsibilities start with a buyers counseling appointment. This meeting will help define the wants, needs and financial investment the buyer chooses to make. He is with you through the entire process from plan design to material selections. He even goes to the showroom with you to assist in plumbing and light fixture selection as well as flooring and paint choices. Derk is your contact while building your custom Barden home. He has the training, knowledge and experience to address any question or concern.
Jesse started building Barden Homes over 40 years ago. Apart from his extensive experience with the Barden system, he has infinite knowledge of mechanicals. By trade he is a heating, plumbing and electrical contractor. This specialized knowledge makes his presence on the jobsite indispensable. His daily supervision from lot preparation, framing, installation of all mechanicals through to the finish trim can assure you the quality you expect and only craftsmanship and experience can provide.
