Easttrades.com sold me a HP LaserJet P2015dn in November, 2007 with a $150 rebate from HP. The rebate was advertised on their site and the rebate form was downloaded from their site. HP refused to honor the rebate telling me that Easttrades was not an authorized reseller. Calls and email to Easttrades.com have remained unanswered. BUYER BEWARE!
I had an even worse luck than the above buyer. I placed an order on Mar. 6th, 2008. To ensure security, I paid through Paypal, knowing that they are likely scam Websites. Anyway, till today (Mar. 28th, 2008), I have received absolutely nothing. No emails, no calls, no mails, no merchandise, no refunds. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I have never seen any scammers that are more amateurish. They just grabbed my money and then disappered or kept silent. Anyway, I know I will get my money back through Paypal. But new buyers please stay away from them. Stupid scammers.
