- Pilates is a non-aerobic form of exercise which aims to increase strength and flexibility. The movement exercises all the muscle groups in the body, challenging the weak areas as well as the strong, to balance the body. Pilates is suitable for all ages. Our courses are based in the Docklands on the East side of London.
