Jason Rothe, president and CEO of DrinkMaster Bartending School demonstrated an innate spirit of entrepreneurship at an early age. At just 5 years of age Jason had the idea to pick the flowers from neighbors' backyards, ring their front doorbells and sell the flowers right back to them. Entering every sales driven competition he could, Jason won them all by a landslide. At the age of 15 Jason raised over $10,000 for a state wide charity which won him a new car and a scholarship towards college.
It was in his freshman year in college that Jason recognized that his fellow students needed flexible part time work. His research revealed that the catering industry needed a part time work force. At 18, Jason started his first company called the "University Waiter" hiring fellow students to work for catering companies at private parties, weddings and corporate events.
Upon graduation from the University of Buffalo's School of Management with degrees in Finance, Marketing and Management Information Systems, Jason moved to Boston to launch New Dimensions Event Staffing and DrinkMaster Bartending School. To date DrinkMaster has trained over 15,000 Bartenders and his staffing company, New Dimensions Event Staffing, has hired over 10,000 employees.
In 2006, while simultaneously running DrinkMaster and New Dimensions, Jason became the CEO of StyleFixx girls night out, a multi-city shopping event targeting thousands of city-savvy professional women ages 25-45. In 2009 over 8000 style-conscious consumers will attend StyleFixx events in NY City and Boston alone. StyleFixx guests experience an exciting night of dream shopping, pampering, swag bags and complimentary cocktails (served by DrinkMaster graduates!).
