Dreamland Homes Construction Ltd. was founded in 1981 by Pasquale Pelosi. Born in Italy, Mr. Pelosi came to Canada in 1964 as a skilled and talented bricklayer by trade. After 13 years of hard work, Mr. Pelosi started his dream and built his first home in 1977 in the town of East Gwillimbury.
Today, Dreamland Homes builds hundreds of beautifully appointed homes throughout York Region. By creating unique designs and being very particular of the choice of building sites, Dreamland Homes has become a prestige builder having an excellent rating with Tarion (Ontario New Home Warranty Program) and accepting many awards including the Reader's Choice Award for Best Builder.
Together with his four sons, Mr. Pelosi and the rest of the Dreamland Staff strive to create wonderful homes of absolute quality and design for you and your family.
