- decaWave is a fabless semiconductor company. It was founded in January 2004 by a team of engineers with many decades of experience in communications algorithms, wireless communication, marketing, digital and analog semiconductor design and standards processes. The initial goal of the company is to produce a complete, single chip CMOS ultra wideband IC. This will implement the IEEE 802.15.3/3a spec and work at rates 28Mbps, 56Mbps, 112Mbps, 224Mbps and 448Mbps.
