Dickson City is located in Northeastern Pennsylvania. We are approximately 2 hours to our State Capital, the City of Philadelphia as well as New York City. We are bordered by the City of Scranton, the townships of South Abington and Scott, as well as the Boroughs of Blakely, Throop and Olyphant. Our community is approximately 5.2 square miles with a population of just over 6600 residents. Our community was primarily of the residential nature until recently when our community began to take on a growth of commercial activity. Today Dickson City is one of the fastest growing commercial areas in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
The Eagle Hose Company is comprised of over 60 members. Of these 60+ members our Chief of Department is Erin Lukasik. Our President is Joseph Chowanec Jr.
The Eagle Hose Company Number One is located at 1 Eagle Lane, Dickson City, PA 18519. Our meetings are held on the first and third Monday's of the month at the fire station.
