The 2009 Budget Session that took place in February/March was one of the most exciting I’ve been party to. There were several major issues in the forefront that had constituents from across the territory up in arms. One of those issues was board reform – where Cabinet was planning to amalgamate 70 education, housing, health and education boards into 7.
