About Cresswell Industries

For more than 50 years Cresswell Industries has been a company that has specialized in steel transformation. It's core activity remains the cold roll forming of steel. However, over the years, Cresswell Industries has acquired three additional factories that all work toward the same goal, manufacturing steel products.

In Saint-Hubert, Cresswell Industries manufactures original equipment parts for the Construction Equipment industry. Since 1989, the company has produced buckets for Volvo and Komatsu wheel loaders. It began manufacturing cargo beds for Volvo articulated haulers in 2001, and for Komatsu articulated haulers in 2004. Cresswell Industries's association with Volvo and Komatsu has led the company to make major investments in robotic welding, assembly jigs and painting techniques. The exacting standards required by these multinational clients demonstrate the quality, service and price guarantee that Cresswell Industries is able to offer. None of it would be possible without the support of our qualified personnel, who have the skills required to meet our customers' requirements. The Saint-Hubert factory, with over 100,000 square feet, is able to produce any welded component for the Construction Equipment market, without being limited to this manufacturing sector only.

Shawinigan is home to our nail, hand-tool and pneumatic-tool factory for the hardwood flooring market. Since 1991, tools designed and developed by Cresswell Industries are assembled by our reliable staff, who are attentive to the needs of our clients. The latter include Stanley Bostich and Portercable, which was recently acquired by Black & Decker.
