Welcome! East Bay Counseling Choices (EBCC) is a FREE referral service to help you find a therapist who is a good match for you. This service is provided by the East Bay chapter of the California Association of Marriage & Family Therapists. We assist individuals, couples and families who are seeking local counseling or psychotherapy providers in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. We can help you find a therapist in many cities including Alameda, Berkeley, Castro Valley, Concord, El Cerrito, Hayward, Lafayette, Montclair, Newark, Oakland, Orinda, Richmond, and Rockridge.
We can match you up with an experienced therapist who will help you with your individual concerns which may include depression, anger, anxiety, substance abuse issues (such as drugs or alcohol), self-esteem issues, social anxiety, couples counseling, gay or lesbian issues, relationship issues, eating disorders (such as anorexia or bulimia), stress management, grief and loss, healing from physical or sexual abuse, and many other situations. We can also refer you to a therapist for group therapy or personal growth workshops. We provide referrals for people of all ages including children, adolescents and adults.
