Our success is built on serving one customer at a time. The technology industry has become very impersonal. Businesses tout their award winning customer service with little to back it up.
Customers are tired of being left on hold for 30min just to be helped by a technician who answers in cryptic sentences and/or does not take the time to understand the problem.
Today, Computer Facilities employs over 14 personnel and leases a small office and workshop. We have repaired and maintained over 5,300 computers to date,as well as doing some of the most challenging networks and power solutions in the country.
