There is 24 hour 7 day a week personalized continuity in all care settings at all times with a select network of physicians, specialists, agencies, community based vendors, and institutional long term care services. With the flexible benefit design and management, the term “covered service” is irrelevant. We strive to promote empowerment and self-management strategies with full integration of medical, behavioral health and long-term care services while utilizing state of the art clinical information technology support for the entire care system.
