Living in Washington, PA on twenty-eight acres provides a wonderful environment for our English Springer Spaniels. Being able to provide space and exercise for all the activities we have become involved with has been a great past time for us. Over the 24 years I have been involved with dogs - mostly ESS- I have learned to appreciate the qualities and ability they have shown me in the titles they have earned. We have been active with Agility, Tracking, Obedience, Field Work, and Conformation. Focusing on the natural ability of the ESS to develop the specialty area that they can excel in has been very rewarding. As a team we have earned many titles. I am always thankful for the little time that the ESS spends with us on this earth. I am a member of the English Springer Field Trial Association and Western Pennsylvania Kennel Association. I was awarded #1 Novice Agility ESS for 1999, a thrill to last a life time, with my male ESS. Titles to date: CD-5,CDX-3, UD- 2legs, TD-9, TDX-5, NA-6, OA-6, EXA-1, NJW-4, OJW-4, CH-1, CGC-6 and many more in progress.
All of our ESS have been OFA - hip ratings and Cerf'ed - eye checks prior to competing in any event. We bred our females only to insure that the fun continues in the name of Classic. It happens only every four to five years so that every ESS has a chance to grow, develop, and participate in the activities we are involved.
