Some of his clients have been Beyonce, Brooks and Dunn, Diamond Rio, Trace Atkins, R Kelly, Jay Z, Styx, Bon Jovi and countless more. In 1998, while creating a salad, Chef Enden was unable to find a suitable cinnamon roasted pecan. He began to research producing the product himself.
