Thanks for visiting Cheesy Eddie's website! Let me introduce myself. My name is John Baker and together with my wife, Colleen, and our family, we own and operate Cheesy Eddie's Bakery. Yes…our name really is Baker! We first experienced the legendary Cheesy Eddie's in 1989. We were crazy about the cheesecake brownies and the cookies. We weren't big on cheesecake…OR SO WE THOUGHT! It was a couple of years later, at a good friend's wedding, that we tried Cheesy Eddie's cheesecake.
