CAI Urges Department of Mental Health to Give Children Under Juvenile Court Jurisdiction First Priority for Mental Health Services Act (Proposition 63) Program Funding (June 2006)
Please join us in opposing Congress' proposed estate tax changes. Revenue lost as a result of these proposed changes would likely lead to further cuts to important children's programs and increased debt inherited by our children.
CAI urges the Court to recognize and protect a child's right to maintain relationships with an adult who assumes a parental role in the child's life.
