In July 2003, Jim helped us purchase our first investment property. My husband and I were very scared and afraid of the unknown, but Jim guided us in every aspect of the transaction and many other areas from finances to promoting the rental of our property, to finding better deals on purchasing carpet, tile etc. That the whole transaction went painless.
