- The Goats produce milk for ten months of the year, from February through November. Due to this natural lactation cycle, we are a seasonal dairy. Our mixed herd of Nubian, Alpine, and Lamancha goats have access to the outside year round. Grasses, leaves and fresh air help to produce a milk which is clean and sweet tasting; and we have found that the fresher the milk the better the cheese.
