BJ Mann brings 30 years of business, mentoring, coaching and community leadership to her practice of mediation services. Fully-trained and experienced, BJ is currently president of the Rochester Association of Family Mediators and an active member of the New York State Council on Divorce and the National Association for Conflict Resolution.
BJ has been recognized for her leadership and excellence in her many community endeavors. She was founder and first president of the Rochester Women's Network, who honored her in 1999 with their Lifetime Achievement Award. She continues to serve the community as a board member of Geva Theatre, the Pet Adoption Network, and the Center for Governmental Research. She is also a volunteer for the Center for Dispute Settlement.
With her associates BJ creates a caring environment in which clients can discover their own solutions to issues that emerge at stressful times. Her practice is committed to providing clients with a gentler and more affordable alternative for conflict resolution.
