A buy-back proposal was passed by Betcorp’s shareholders at the first extraordinary general meeting held on 24 September 2007. Under the buy-back proposal Betcorp offered to buy-back 95% of shares held by each Shareholder for $0.52 for each share. The buy-back payments were issued to shareholders (who accepted the buy-back proposal) by Computershare Share Registry. These payments were made prior to the appointment of the Liquidators.
