The story of Bellevue Presbyterian Church began in April of 1966 when Nashville Presbytery purchased a tract of land at the intersection of Highway 70 and Cross Timbers Drive. In January of 1967, under the leadership of Organizing Pastor, the Rev. David C. Duncan, interested persons from the community and from other Presbyterian churches began to gather regularly for worship.
