Programs range from Rehabilitation and Specialty Care to Alzheimers Care and Dementia Programs that are designed to enhance the life of every person we serve. Avamere offers a continuum of senior living care.
Their At Home services include: Signature Home Health, and Signature Home Care along with other important services like Signature Hospice and Signature Medical Supply.
They also offer extensive rehabilitation services, including: Infinity Rehab, one of the largest suppliers of long term care rehabilitation in Oregon and Washington. Infinity Rehab is also located in many facilities in the Midwest as well as other Northwest states like Idaho and Colorado. Merit Rehab, an outpatient therapy service, and Therapy Solutions, a Washington based therapy provider are also companies within the Avamere Family of Independent Companies.
Also within the Avamere family of companies there is a mobile x-ray company, NW Mobile Services and soon there will be a pharmacy.
