- ARTHUR SHAFMAN, president of Arthur Shafman International Ltd., has been involved in the entertainment industry for 38 years. A native New Yorker, his Association with the concert world began when he presented the legendary director TYRONE GUTHRIE in his first public lecture at New York’s Town Hall. He subsequently presented JOSE MOLINA BAILES ESPANOLES there in 1967 and in 1969 began the management of JOSE MOLINA’S career which he guided into becoming one of the major dance attractions touring over a 27 year span of time.
