Arpeggio was conceived in 1993. A year and a half was spent developing menu ideas, experimenting with recipes and searching for the perfect location! We wanted to create a restaurant that was casual and intimate, with a reasonably priced menu and ample portions. We wanted everyone who left our restaurant feeling full and happy! Service was another very important consideration.
